The Brief
The client was keen to bring their entire team together on a single floor, creating a more open and cohesive environment that would enhance communication and culture. Sustainability was a key priority from the outset, guiding both the layout and material choices. They envisioned a modern, creative workspace that truly reflected the innovative industry they’re part of, while also investing in staff wellbeing through the addition of a gym and shower facilities.
The Visualisation
This project gave our designer the opportunity to really push the boat out with a premium, design‑led concept. Collaborating closely with the client, we developed a scheme that not only met their functional needs but delivered a welcoming, high‑end feel, perfect for showcasing their own products to visiting clients.
We established a continuous design throughout the building, ensuring the colour palette, textures and finishes flowed seamlessly from one space to the next. This was supported by carefully selected furniture and styling details that strengthened the overall theme and elevated the aesthetic.
The Realisation
The completed space exudes chic sophistication. Bespoke storage solutions within the presentation suite create a beautiful, functional backdrop that instantly elevates the room. The new layout brings clarity and purpose to each area, offering a flexible, future‑proof environment that will continue to support the client’s team for years to come. The result is a harmonious blend of creativity, practicality and premium design.
