The Brief
BWOC (now renamed as MB Energy) wanted to transform their office into a vibrant, engaging environment that would boost collaboration and support staff wellbeing. Their vision included dedicated games areas, contemporary meeting rooms and a bright, open plan workspace that felt fresh, inviting and reflective of the way their team works day‑to‑day.
The Visualisation
This phase was where the design really came to life. With branding being so important to the client, we focused on building a colour palette that not only reflected their identity but also enhanced the atmosphere of the office. We worked hard to keep a strong sense of continuity across the entire building, allowing each area to feel connected. Our 3D visuals helped the client get a real feel for how the tones, textures and finishes would interact in the space. To make the scheme even more distinctive, our designer created bespoke furniture elements that added character and gave the office a truly stand‑out look.
The Realisation
The final space brings together a refreshed, welcoming environment with a strong sense of identity throughout, everything the client hoped for. While the aesthetic was a big part of the vision, it was just as important that the project met all Building Regulations and progressed safely. Our team managed the careful identification and removal of existing asbestos early in the programme, allowing the refurbishment to move forward smoothly and without compromise.
Seeing the space come together has been incredibly rewarding. It feels vibrant, cohesive and truly unique to the client. We’ve loved being part of the transformation and were delighted to continue supporting them with new bespoke signage and manifestations as their company name changed from BWOC to MB Energy in 2026. It’s been a pleasure to be part of their journey and to see the environment working so well for their team.
