Prenax moved from a 1950’s two storeys building into a modern first floor office. The requirement was for senior staff offices, a considered open plan space and a breakout area. While the senior staff needed a private place to work, their involvement with the team was still a key factor for consideration.
The client also needed a new desking and seating solution, on a budget and with a bright and airy outcome in mind.
Our designers created a clean, modern plan with micro glazed office frontages to keep an open plan feel to the interior.
A flexible and modern furniture system complemented the new layout; this accommodated the Prenax staff members in the well-spaced, collaborative layout that was so needed.
The new breakout space was semi open plan with separate kitchen and seating areas divided by low level partitions.
The onsite project was completed, cleaned down and polished ahead of plan, giving Prenax the comfort of seeing the finished offices early, allowing them the benefit of a relaxed move with the new facility ready and waiting to welcome them.
