The Brief
We interacted with the client early on to aid them with identifying a property that would be suitable for their needs, working as a non partial partner to look at each building with a different set of eyes we were able to advise on outline fit out costs and space planning to aid the decision making process. This early engagement meant that we got to understand the client requirements and priorities really well by the time a space was identified.
The Visualisation
We put together a space that enabled the teams to work together throughout the business, creating private spaces for all important video calls using mobile booths of various sizes, a boardroom for important client meetings and a smaller meeting suite for internal meetings or larger video conferences. Moving to hot desking and creating a destination office was important to the client, therefore flexibility in the work spaces was paramount, utilising agile height adjustable desking and smart desk electric solutions was key.
The Realisation
The space is understated British design with a corporate feel, it is a marked difference form their previous space and has stepped the organsiation up towards a new working style, it addresses the need for private spaces while retaining the personality of the business and keeping the functionality of the teams collaboration. A successful relationship has formed that we see continuing for years to come.
