The Brief

Working alongside Lambert Smith Hampton we were asked to work to update the building at One The Square in Bristol on vacation of some of its long standing tenants. This was aimed at giving the building a refresh, carrying out dilapidation works, increasing efficiency of the building and preparing it to be marketed for new tenants to move in and make it the new home for their company.

The Visualisation

Working alongside the landlords team we aided with specification, particularly in M&E and ensured the site works went smoothly. We also worked with LSH to upgrade the FCU systems throughout the building and the facilities for tenants to use.

The Realisation

The finished space was a blank canvas ready for the tenants to put their mark on, with reduced running costs for the building thanks to the M&E upgrades and the addition of showers in the basement and upgraded facilities throughout the building, we are now contacted for little touch ups throughout the building regularly and have since fitted out some of the spaces for the incoming tenants, such as Global Radio.
