Why choose us?

Our diverse team is our biggest strength so we’re always looking for people who can bring us something new.

Maybe you’re currently with a rival commercial interiors firm (boo!) and you’ve seen the light (hooray!). Or you’ve gained experience of interior design, property development or project management in another sector. Perhaps you’re a unicorn – that one person we didn’t even know we needed to hire, until they got in touch and persuaded us.

Send your CV to us here.

What we love about working here

We love working in commercial interiors – it’s a fun and fulfilling industry to be part of. You’ll find there’s a great sense of camaraderie here – of pulling together on a shared endeavour to create something that customers can take pride in.

Our reach and reputation mean that there are diverse projects to get involved with in different sectors – from commercial offices to retail, hospitality, education and healthcare. There’s no typical client – you never know how the next job will stretch your skills.

Nice offices – although, obviously, we have several thousand ideas on how we could improve them.

It’s an exciting time to work here. We’re still a small business – there’s a family feel and a sense that you can make an individual impact. But we’ve reached the point where we’re ready to build on our success – exploring new sectors, taking on more challenging work, stepping a little deeper into the water. If you want to develop your skills, seek out opportunities and take on new responsibilities, we’d love to have you with us.

What you can add

This is a creative business and we truly enjoy what we do. If you share our enquiring spirit and sense of fun, you’ll fit in perfectly.

Interiors projects ebb and flow all the way from contemplative to crazily busy so it’s important that you’re flexible – someone who doesn’t mind going beyond their day job or helping out colleagues when time is tight. Even Rupert, our MD, has been known to make a round of tea of two and get the beers in on a Friday.

Interiors are about people not tea points or partitioning. So, whilst we always welcome an unhealthy interest in curtain walling, acoustic design or anti-slip flooring, it’s your relationship-building skills that matter most. Our customers value our friendly, personal approach.

Integrity is important, along with a strong service ethic. We’re always straight with our clients about what is and isn’t achievable and we pride ourselves on delivering exactly what we say we will, on time and on budget. Without our customers’ trust, we’re nothing.

What we can offer

We want nothing more than our crew to be happy and love coming to work.

So not only do we offer the expected benefits; a healthy remuneration, a well-deserved holiday allowance, hybrid working, health care, and crazy social events, we throw in a daily sprinkle of fun for good measure – a pool table, table football, regular unhealthy food items and the odd delivery of fruit.

If you yearn for knowledge, look no further. We are currently investing into our team supporting Rosie with her MSc in building surveying, Nathan is taking a degree in technical M&E design, Marc is studying for a Diploma in building engineering, and Erin is doing a degree in interior design. All funded by the company.
