EXPLORING IDEAS

We will get to know you and what you are looking to do, what is and isn’t important to you and your project. We will look to understand the space and create an existing plan of the space to work from.

Our fabulous creative design team will work their magic to put together 2D designs of your space, we will talk you through these either in person, or online.

After taking on board your suggestions, we develop your preferred concept and present this back to you along with a full design pack containing the detail on things like finishes, fabrics and materials.

We listen to your feedback and apply any necessary changes so that we can price up the project. Having crunched the numbers, we’ll prepare a quote for the works.

We present our costs, understand your priorities and tweak things to get it just right. All being well, this is when you decide to work with us to create your new space.
MAKING IT HAPPEN

We introduce your all-important Project Manager who will work closely alongside to keep everything progressing nicely. We will also finalise all the pretty stuff with you.

A 3-4 week lead time to site allows us to issue Project Plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Construction Design Management ensures our workforce is safe to begin.

Our skilled construction team arrive on site to commence work. As the project progresses, you’ll get regular updates, progress meetings and opportunities to do site walk-arounds.

We issue O&M manuals and ‘as built’ drawings and complete any snags required. Then we’re ready for the final hand-over.

After hand-over, our aftercare and small works team will make sure you’re well supported as you settle into your amazing new space.
