Rupert Robinson

Managing Director (amongst other things)

Rupert describes his roles at Environments for Business as many and varied, including Managing Director and Tea Boy – although his family reportedly think his job is mostly “drinking coffee and playing pool”.

When he’s not providing eye-candy for the office, Rupert’s day revolves around making sure our team are happy and working well – being a decision maker, sounding board and agony-aunt.

FUN FACT: Rupert’s rendition of Dolly Parton’s ‘9 to 5’ is akin to a Vogon reading poetry!

Rosie Gregory

Head of Sales and Marketing

Marketeer, Rosie started in the industry within the mechanical and electrical world specifying ventilation systems, then delving into visualisation when she started with Environments for Business, thus combining her technical knowledge with the fun pretty side of our work. Super passionate about her role (both the artistic stuff and the tech behind how the building works) she loves meeting people and creating places that make their work lives better.

FUN FACT: Rosie has a degree in photography and is an HSE-qualified scuba diver but, nowadays, her life revolves around her beautiful little girl.

Christian Hodges

Head of Design

As our Head of Design, Christian has a great understanding of the importance of workplace design – how it shapes an organisation’s culture and how it can positively impact employee engagement and wellbeing.

Christian takes huge pride in his work and enjoys collaborating with a range of clients in a variety of different sectors. He’s a logical thinker, who loves to integrate technology into design as well as keeping a close eye on the raft of rules and regs that even the most creative of projects need to adhere to.

FUN FACT: Christian is a computer and tech nerd, a Manchester United fan and a cat lover – he currently has two of them.

Louisa Bradley

Operations Manager

Louisa, who’s been with us since the summer of 2021, is best known amongst the team for ensuring a steady supply of doughnuts and, of course, Toffee, her dog. Her favourite part of the job is the variety – that every day brings something different.

FUN FACT: When she’s not at work, her favourite thing to do is walk both of her dogs on the beach.

Nicole Orme

Finance Manager

Nicole is our Finance Manager and the go‑to person for anything numbers‑related. Give her a spreadsheet puzzle and she’s in her happy place!

With a passion for improving systems and strengthening financial workflows, Nicole plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

FUN FACT: Nicole loves dog walking, trail running, camping and has new found fondness of fungi!

Lawrence Ward

Sales Executive

As our Sales Executive, Lawrence joined the company in 2025, bringing a relationship‑driven and practical approach to helping clients find the right solutions for their needs. With a focus on understanding how people work and what they need from their spaces, he enjoys building strong, long‑term connections and being a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process.

FUN FACT: Outside of work, Lawrence plays bass in a metal band, where he channels his energy, creativity, and love of teamwork.

Nathan Davis

Designer

Detail-focused Nathan joined our team in 2018. The part of his job he enjoys the most is bringing clients’ ideas to life by creating 3D models and renders.

FUN FACT: Outside work, Nathan enjoys reading, listening to music and bird watching!

Mark Goddard

Project Manager

Mark, also known as Kenny, has a 30+ year construction career, he has been a tiler, a carpenter, travelled all over the UK shop-fitting and project managed in the USA. Along the way he’s gained a construction industry Black Card, PASMA and IPAF and, of course, a commercial hot air balloon pilot’s license.

As our project manager, he enjoys exceeding client expectations, keeping pace with new health and safety regs and passing on his considerable knowledge to the next generation.

FUN FACT: Mark likes working on his 1970 Volkswagen T2 Camper and exploring the wonderful country we live in with his young family.

Chris Spicer

Commercial Lead

Known for his likeable personality and good sense of humour (it says here), Chris has built his commercial and construction knowledge over several years in the industry. He strives to build up mutual relationships with both clients and subcontractors and to look after our financial interests using his trademark charm to smooth over any differences of opinion.

FUN FACT: Chris claims that one of his favourite parts of his job is Excel!

Conan Gregory

Small Works Manager

Conan manages our small works team, who capably turn their hand to anything from fitting a fire door to plumbing in a tea point. With an interest (some would say unhealthy) in building things – anything from Lego to internal combustion engines – he’s the perfect man for the job. Conan says that the thing he most enjoys about his job is ‘getting it done right’ which is great news for our customers.

FUN FACT: Conan describes himself as a “relatively uninteresting character” which we think is fascinating.

Erin Chapman

Designer

Designer Erin joined us in 2018 and, and just last year completed her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.

FUN FACT: Outside work, Erin typically spends her free time either, cooking, at the gym, or at the pub with friends.

Rob Beattie

Project Manager

I’m a third-generation builder and have been in the construction industry for over 45 years, starting as a labourer in my family’s small building company, working my way up through as a qualified Bricklayer/Stonemason to Contracts Manager. I have worked on many different types of construction projects in the UK and the US, and have been involved in new and old construction processes throughout my long and illustrious career. I would definitely say that I am a people person.

FUN FACT: I’m an excitable Exeter Chiefs Rugby fan and have a lot of a love for colourful gel pens!

Ellie Wood

Quantity Surveyor

Our valued member of the commercial team, Ellie has a background in construction and utilities administration. She loves planning and organising but perhaps her favourite part of the job is anything that requires her to create a spreadsheet. Long may she excel!

FUN FACT: Ellie lists her interests as gaming, painting and drawing and mentions that she has lots of cats.

Olly Shipham

Small Works Operative

I’m a dedicated small works operative known for my strong work ethic and willingness to take on any challenge. I take pride in delivering high-quality results, with a sharp eye for detail that ensures nothing is overlooked. Reliable, hands-on, and solution-focused, I approach every job with care and precision.

FUN FACT: Olly is the captain of his local football team.

Emily Summers

Designer

As a workplace-focused Interior Designer, Emily brings an infectious enthusiasm for creating spaces that not only look great but genuinely support the day‑to‑day rhythm of the organisations she works with.

She loves the challenge of designing offices that feel intuitive, uplifting and if she has her way the kind of spaces people can’t wait to show off.

Working closely with clients is what fuels Emily’s creativity.

Whether she’s refining layouts, solving design challenges, or exploring finishes, she loves the process of turning shared ideas into environments that make employees feel happy, comfortable, and inspired.

FUN FACT: Emily is a self-confessed foodie with a love for great pubs and swears that Toffee, the office dog, is the secret spark behind her best creative ideas.

Paige Luckock

Project Coordinator

Paige is the newest member in the team and has fitted right in straight away. She keeps the Project Managers in check with her quick problem solving and organisational skills.

FUN FACT: Paige is about to compete in her first HYROX competition on the 4th May (and no she will not be dressing up as a Storm Trooper)

Shay Robinson

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Having started with the business in 2024, Shay has been working hard to learn the minutia of the industry as well as new and exciting ways to utilise Excel.

FUN FACT: Shay got his first Lego set at 4 years old and has been obsessed ever since!

Toffee

Barketing Manager

Toffee is our designated company greeter – always delighted to meet new people with an enthusiastic bark. He also helps at mealtimes by encouraging a sharing policy and clearing leftovers with glee.

FUN FACT: Toff is a Cockerpoo and takes his role as Barketing Manager very seriously!

Turner Dixon-Brown

Founder

In a career spanning more the 25 years in the commercial and leisure industries, Turner has been involved in project management, site management, workspace consultancy, business development and plenty more besides. He works closely with clients to understand their vision and translate that into brilliant workspaces.

FUN FACT: Turner likes nothing more than walking on the moors with the loveable Daisy.
