A better environment for everyone

In everything we do, we try to work as sustainably as possible. We don’t just create spaces that help people take care of business – we create environments that respect the planet.

We do it because we believe in it – but it’s also a huge positive when we’re talking to organisations about potential projects. If we can work in a way that helps them to meet their own sustainability goals, that’s a win for us both – and the wider world around us.

Here are some of the ways we work sustainably:

We are always happy to offer a sustainable fitout package. We’ll identify and discuss opportunities for a more sustainable approach from the outset and advise you as the project progresses if there are sustainable options available – that could be in the design of your project, the way we work, or the materials we use.

We’re great believers in the importance of the social value of our work – that’s helped us to win a Constructionline Gold accreditation for Social Value. The accreditation recognises that we make social value a priority within our organisation – whether through the suppliers we choose to work with, the way we value our employees or the impact we make on our local community.

Floor carpet colours and textures

Our partner suppliers offer ‘cradle to cradle’ options for items such as carpet tiles. This means that the tiles are made entirely out of biological materials so at the end of their life – and we trust they will last you plenty of years – they can be fully recycled into new products or safely returned to the natural environment. Ultimately, there’s no waste.

Refurbishment and refitting inevitably creates waste. We’re happy to work with clients to identify items that can be re-used and recycled whether that’s locally or internationally. For example, we work with a network of local charities to find new homes for surplus furniture and chattels. By taking a careful, considerate approach to waste management, we can help you to keep more things out of landfill.

Our business premises are fuelled by Bertha, our very own biomass boiler. We use EVs for company vehicles and you can choose to offset our onsite work through a tree planting scheme that’s managed by our finance partners.
