The Brief
Yellowtail Financial came to us with a clear vision of a space, they had identified the perfect building for them on Princesshay in Exeter we just needed to turn their vision into a plan and then into reality. The new building had some lovely features, being grade II* listed we didn’t want to draw away from the building fabric itself.
The Visualisation
A bright and airy space was developed being mindful of the building and also the acoustics throughout, introducing texture through wool acoustic wall panels we kept the design simple and understated with a few statement pieces so we didn’t detract from the architecture but also kept the ethos of Yellowtail alive in the space.
The Realisation
A wonderful, modern yet comfortable and homely space that suits the firm that live within it, we gave the project a sustainable, functional and quality approach and it shines through as you walk through, the acoustics are well thoughts through and purposeful creating a highly functioning space.
